The members of LTlov, the Lake Travis Labor of Love, would like to announce that Christmas will be a little merrier this year for all of our Lake Travis children thanks to the tremendous spirit of giving we experienced at our 3rd Annual Christmas Event. Your generosity on that evening, and throughout 2010, has been nothing short of outstanding, and we thank you! This community has proven a genuine commitment to LTlov’s mission of improving the lives of families in the greater Lake Travis area. We took another step toward that goal with our gift of 302 Christmas presents for local teenagers, plus a donation of $2,040.00 in cash and gift cards, all presented to Operation Green Santa.
Our success is a direct result of the generosity of all of our “Green Santa” partners. Please accept our deepest gratitude for your support! We also tip our “fur-trimmed hats” to the women of the Hudson Bend Fire Department’s Ladies Auxiliary. Operation Green Santa is a huge undertaking involving many hearts and hands, and year after year blesses the lives of many Lake Travis families. Thank you to American Bank and Bee Waxed Skin Care Salon for hosting our gift collection sites and for your generous gifting. Thank you LTHS  National Honor Society students for serving cheerfully and tirelessly at our event, and to the Lady Cavs basketball teams for your donation of so many wonderful “girlie gifts.”  It is a privilege to serve in, with, and on behalf of the residents of Lake Travis.
